If you are new here, welcome! This is part 5 of 7 that I am posting bi-weekly for paid subscribers. Here are links to the other parts…
Each part can be used as a stand-alone study, so do not feel as if you have to start with part 1!
A Note to My Free Subscribers
As we approach Lent, there is something that has repeatedly come to mind: I need to slow down. I love writing, and I won’t stop writing, but I will be limiting how much I post during Lent. The last two parts of this study will come out on the 17th and 31st of March, but I will not be posting on the other Mondays in March. I’ll plan to put out my next long-form essay on April 14th. I have a topic in mind, but I do need ample time for the reading/research to be as thorough as I would like. In the meantime, I hope those of you who are free subscribers stick around! Thanks for being here, as I share about the faith, something I love so dearly.
Back to the Bible Study
Today, we will reflect on the Pardon of the Sinful Women in the Gospel of Luke. I will share some thoughts that came to mind when I read Jesus’ words: “But the one to whom little is forgiven, loves little.” Additionally, I will discuss repentance, forgiveness, spiritual growth, and God’s mercy.
St. Pope John Paul II, pray for us!
Mary, mother of us all, pray for us!
